Mike Smargiassi has over two decades of experience in counseling companies, organizations and executives on communicating with their key audiences including investors, reporters, employees, government agencies, and consumers. He has developed and managed hundreds of communications programs that have built awareness, clarified misperceptions, elevated executives and achieved business results.  A wide range of clients have relied on Mike for guidance, messaging development and program creation and execution spanning corporate branding, financial communications, crisis situations, bankruptcies, restructurings, employee relations and B2B communications. Mike started his career in the Municipal Bond and Fixed Income Departments of Bloomberg Financial Markets and is a fan of a wide range of outdoor activities and comedy.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The College of New Jersey.
